How can I change information in my account profile?

You can change your personal information in your account by signing in to your account to change information.  For security reasons, you are required to key in your current password to confirm the change.


What if I forgot my password?

Click on ‘Forgot your Password’ under My Account or Log In found at the top right corner of our webpage and key in the email address you used to register your account.  A new password will be sent to your email address.


Can I reserve an item?

Please note that item(s) will only be reserved for 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically if we have not heard from you. Item(s) will be released to the next interested buyer. 


What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order that has been paid?

Sorry, order that has been paid and confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled.


I did not receive an invoice for my purchase 

Check your spam folder of your email as the invoice could have landed in there. If it is not in your inbox/spam folder, you can email us at and we will respond as soon as possible. 


Can I order from outside Malaysia?
