If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item purchased, you may return your purchase to us.

Please contact us at support@abovebasic.com within 7 days from the shipped date.  When we authorise the return request, we will send you an email detailing how the item can be returned.  A Return Slip will need to be filled up and enclosed inside the package for return.  The returned item(s) should be securely packed in waterproof packaging and return to our office within 14 days from shipped date. 

You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.

Size exchange will be subject to our stock availability. If we do not have your preferred size in stock, a store credit of the item value will be issued. 

Customer bears all the additional shipping costs for exchange request. *Defective or incorrect item returns are exceptional.  

In rare circumstance that you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us your order details and attach clear picture of the defect in the .jpg format.  After we have inspected the item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days.  We recommend you to furnish us the proof of postage too.

Important Information:

We are unable to accept returns without its original packaging.

All returns MUST meet the following conditions:

-  All items must be in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition. 

-  All items must be in their original packaging (No sticker or tag is removed).

-  You must include the original sale receipt, along with our Return Slip.

-  No returns on jewellery, belts, bags, purses, watches, scarves and tools. Unless received defective or incorrect item(s). 

-  Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are not eligible for returns.

-  The returned package is your responsibility until it reaches our office.  We shall not be held responsibility should the returned package be lost in transit.  In such case, we recommend you to use a reliable carrier that allows tracking of parcel.
